Pre-orders usually take longer to arrive, we always specify an estimated delivery timing.
If your order hasn't arrived after the provided periode, file a ticket with our support service.
Did you receive a confirmation mail?
Always make sure to check you spam mailbox!
If you didn't receive an email, there's a good chance that your order didn't come through. Check if the money has been transfered from you account. If not, just place a new order.
If the money has left your account but you didn't receive a confirmation mail, file a ticket with our support service. They can tell you the status of your order.
Did you receive a track and trace mail?
This means that your order has left our warehouse. Depending on the carrier (and if you chose tracked shipping) you should receive updates on where your package is. For non-EU orders it's normal to not receive updates for up to two weeks. This means your order is in transit to your country, please be patient.
If you haven't gotten an update for two weeks, file a tickets with our support service. They'll reach out to the carrier and get back to you with more information.
